1. Order Processing Time
Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
Delays: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays or promotional events), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will be notified via email if delays occur.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We partner with reliable carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services) to ensure safe delivery. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier performance and customs clearance (for international orders).
3. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD (or equivalent in your local currency).
Standard/Express Fees: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
Customs & Import Taxes: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s status.
For international orders, tracking may be limited once the package leaves the origin country. Contact your local postal service or customs office for updates.
5. Delivery Areas

6. Failed Deliveries & Address Changes
Incorrect Addresses: Ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. Wuwotech is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
Revisions: To change your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes after shipment cannot be accommodated.
Failed Attempts: If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal by the recipient, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost in Transit: If your order does not arrive within 30 days (international) or 15 days (domestic) of the estimated delivery window, contact us for investigation and resolution.
Damaged Items: Report damages within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging in your email to support@wuwotech.com. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
