1. Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Return Eligibility

We support a 30-day return window. You are allowed to submit a return request within 30 calendar days after you receive your parcel.

Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a full return, your product must meet all the following standards:

  • The item stays unused, unworn, unmarked and kept in its original intact packaging with all attached tags;
  • You must provide valid purchase receipt or order proof for verification.

Return Application Process

Return Address Reminder: We will send you the official return shipping address after your return request is approved. Packages sent back without prior application will be rejected and unprocessed.

Once your return application is approved, we will issue a return shipping label and send detailed sending instructions to your mailbox.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please fully inspect your goods right after delivery. If the product arrives defective, physically damaged or you receive an incorrect item, reach out to us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide proper solutions.

Product Exchange Solution

The most efficient way to get your desired product is to complete a return for your current item first. After we confirm and accept your return, you may place a new separate order for the replacement product you need.

Refund Processing Rules

After we receive and fully inspect your returned goods, we will send you an email notification to inform you whether your refund application is approved.

  • If approved: Funds will be automatically refunded to your original payment account within 10 business days;
  • Please note that banks or credit card providers may require extra processing time to display the refund on your account.

2. Official Warranty Policy

Wuwotech provides standard official after-sales warranty for all purchased items to guarantee normal product operation and protect your legitimate consumer rights.

Warranty Valid Period

  • Main Product Body: 1-year official warranty, counted from the date you receive the product;
  • Original Accessories: 6-month warranty, effective from your parcel receipt date.

Warranty Coverage

Within valid warranty term, we offer free repair, free spare part replacement or full unit replacement for functional failures and quality defects caused by factory production flaws under standard normal use.

Non-Warranty Exclusions (Free Service Not Available)

The following scenarios are not covered by our complimentary warranty service. We reserve the right to decline free maintenance or replacement requests for cases below:

  • Man-made physical damage: drops, collision, extrusion, scratches, breakage, water/liquid immersion and other structural damage caused by improper human operation;
  • Damage or malfunctions resulting from unauthorized disassembly, modification, repair or internal component alteration by non-official staff;
  • Failures generated by improper operation, misuse, or usage outside the product’s official environmental specifications;
  • Damage triggered by force majeure events, including natural disasters, accidents and other uncontrollable external factors;
  • Out-of-warranty products, or orders without valid purchase proof and order information;
  • Natural aging and normal wear of consumable parts & accessories after long-term daily use.
