At Wuwotech, we make every effort to ship and deliver your orders quickly and safely. Below you can find our full shipping & delivery terms for all customers for complete transparency.

1. Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: After payment is confirmed, orders will be processed and packed for shipment within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and official public holidays).

Processing Delays: During peak seasons, big sales or holiday promotions, processing time may extend up to 5 business days. We will send you an email notification if any delays occur.

2. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

We cooperate with trusted global carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS and local national postal services to guarantee secure parcel delivery. Delivery lead times differ based on shipping method and destination country.

3. Shipping Costs & Import Charges

Free Standard Shipping: All orders subtotal over $100 USD (or equivalent local currency) qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

Standard & Express Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be automatically calculated on checkout page based on parcel weight, package dimensions and delivery location.

Important Customs Notice: International buyers are fully responsible for all import duties, customs taxes and clearance fees charged by your local government. These fees are not included in your order payment and must be covered by the recipient upon parcel arrival.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, we will send a shipment confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and tracking link to monitor delivery progress.

For international parcels, tracking visibility may be limited after the package leaves our origin country. Please contact your local post service or customs department for further updates.

5. Delivery Coverage Areas

We offer shipping service to most countries across the globe. Any restricted delivery destinations will be displayed directly on the checkout page.

6. Address Modifications & Failed Deliveries

Incorrect Shipping Address: Please double-check your delivery address carefully during checkout. Wuwotech takes no responsibility for shipment delays or lost parcels caused by invalid or wrong addresses provided by customers.

Address Revisions: If you need to update your shipping address, you must contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. Address changes are not available once the order has been shipped out.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If the package is returned to our warehouse due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts or recipient refusal to accept the parcel, the customer shall bear all reshipping fees for a second delivery.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages in Transit

Lost Parcels: If your international order fails to arrive 30 days after the estimated delivery date, or domestic orders over 15 days, contact our support team immediately to launch an investigation and arrange solutions.

Damaged Goods: You must submit damage reports within 48 hours after receiving the package. Attach clear photos of damaged products and original outer packaging to your email sent to support@wuwotech.com. We will provide free item replacement or full refund accordingly.

8. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Return Policy page for full return and refund rules. Return shipping charges are at the customer’s expense unless the mistake is caused by Wuwotech (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective products from our side).

9. Force Majeure

Wuwotech shall not be held liable for shipment delays or delivery failures resulting from unforeseeable force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, global pandemics, transport strikes, unexpected customs hold-ups and carrier operational disruptions.
