• After charging is complete, close the charging port protective cap tightly to prevent water from seeping into the battery pack.
• Rinse the unit thoroughly with clean water after every use to avoid corrosion from pool chemicals. Do not use any detergent for cleaning.
• Never leave the unit submerged in pool water for extended periods when powered off or fully drained of battery.
• Always empty and clean the debris basket after each operation.
• Do not store the unit outdoors under direct sunlight, high temperatures, rain, or high humidity. Keep it away from heat sources and pool chemical reagents.
• Wipe the main unit dry with a dry cloth. Fully air-dry the robot and all accessories before storing indoors at room temperature.
• Unplug the charging cable entirely before long-term storage; do not leave the unit plugged in continuously.
• Do not operate the robot without a debris basket, or if the basket is damaged.
• Fully charge the unit prior to long-term indoor storage at room temperature. The battery will self-discharge during prolonged idle periods, so you will need to recharge it fully before reuse.
• If the machine is not used regularly, top up its battery at least once every three months.
• Do not submerge or operate the unit in water while it is charging.
• Do not disassemble the main unit without prior written approval from the manufacturer.

It works with all pool shapes, and is suitable for vinyl-lined, fiberglass, and tiled pool surfaces.

All units undergo factory performance testing before shipment, so minor residual moisture inside the housing is normal. The robot is safe and ready for regular use.

• The battery may have fully drained from long-term inactivity. Fully recharge the unit before attempting operation.
• Check if the drive system is blocked or tangled by debris. Carefully remove foreign objects with small tools, and exercise extreme caution during this process.

• Power off the robot before charging. A solid red indicator light signifies normal charging status.
• Replace the charging cable or charger if either component is damaged.
• Verify the charging plug is securely connected to the robot’s charging port.
• Ensure the charger’s mains plug is fully inserted into a working power outlet.
• Inspect the charging contacts/base for rust, dirt or water stains. Thoroughly clean these areas before attempting to charge again.
